Award Ceremony Announcers (pdf)

Award Ceremony Announcers are responsible for reading from the script book the award winners and managing the flow of the ceremony. Please read the Award Ceremony Announcer job instructions (pdf).


Award Ceremony Helpers & Ushers (pdf)
5 - 9 p.m. @ Timberline Church - Fort Collins

Award Ceremony Helpers & Ushers are responsible for handing out programs, making sure people are seated in the correct section of the auditorium, and directing the flow of students on and off stage. Please read the Award Ceremony Helpers & Ushers job instructions (pdf).


Award Ceremony Photography (pdf)
6 - 9 p.m. @ Timberline Church - Fort Collins

The Award Ceremony Photographer is responsible for making sure group photos of all awards are taken, including presenters when available. Please read the Award Ceremony Photography job instructions (pdf).


Award Ceremony Setup (pdf)
9 a.m. - 3 p.m. @ LSC Room 322

Award Ceremony Setup volunteers are responsible for making sure all awards (Grand and Special) are present and accounted for and in the correct order (matching the script book and ceremony program). Please read the Award Ceremony Setup job instructions (pdf).


CSEF Headquarters Monitors (pdf)
10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ LSC Registration Booth

CSEF Headquarters Monitors are responsible for answering questions and directing CSEF folks to the correct rooms. They are also responsible for Volunteer Check-In. Please read the CSEF Headquarters Monitors job instructions (pdf) and the Volunteer Check-In job instructions (pdf).


Door Monitors (pdf)
10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom Entrance

CSEF Door Monitors are responsible for monitoring who goes in and out of the exhibit hall at different times of day. Please read the CSEF Door Monitors job instructions (pdf).


Tour Guides (pdf)
10:45 a.m. - 3 p.m. @ LSC various rooms

Tour Guides are responsible for taking tour participants from various rooms in the LSC to the correct building on campus and making sure the tour provider is present to receive the group. Please read the Tour Guides job instructions (pdf).


Tear Down Monitor (pdf)
3 p.m. - 10 p.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Tear Down Monitors are responsible for making sure everything is picked up and put in the proper trash or recycling bins from the exhibit hall and the registration booth. They are also responsible for moving any projects left in the ballroom to Room 324 for pick-up on Saturday morning. They are also responsible for making sure everything that belongs to the CSEF gets back to the Director's office on campus. Please read the Tear Down Monitor job instructions (pdf).

CSEF Headquarters Monitors are responsible for answering questions and directing CSEF folks to the correct rooms. They are also responsible for Volunteer Check-In after 11 a.m. on Thursday. Display & Safety Inspections (pdf)

Display & Safety Inspectors are responsible for making sure all project conform to the Display & Safety regulations. Please read the Display & Safety Inspections job instructions (pdf).

Exhibit Hall Setup (pdf)
7 - 9 a.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Exhibit Hall Setup Volunteers are responsible for marking off the tables for exhibit space and putting out the hang tags in the correct spots. Please read the Exhibit Hall Setup job instructions (pdf).


Finalist Check-In (pdf)
9 - 11:30 a.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom Foyer

Finalist Check-In volunteers are responsible for handing out registration packets and t-shirts to finalists. Please read the Finalist Check-In job instructions (pdf).


Grand Award Judge's Check-In (pdf)
9 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Theater

Grand Award Judge's Check-In volunteers are responsible for checking in all grand award judges and giving them their packets. Please read the Grand Award Judges' Check-In job instructions (pdf).


Official Photography (pdf)
8:45 - 12 noon @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Official Photographers are responsible for taking photos of all finalists at their projects once they have completed the display & safety inspection. Please read the Official Photography job instructions (pdf).


Special Award Judge's Check-In (pdf)
12:30 - 1:30 p.m. @ LSC North Ballroom

Special Award Judge's Check-In volunteers are responsible for checking in all special award judges and giving them their judging forms. Please read the Special Award Judge's Check-In job instructions (pdf).


Project Drop-off (pdf)
8 - 11 a.m. @ Library Parking Lot Drop-Off Zone

Project Drop-Off volunteers are responsible for helping students get their projects up to the Grand Ballroom in the LSC and making sure parents do not park in the drop-off zone. Please read the Project Drop-off job instructions (pdf).


Shuttle Parking Attendants (pdf)
6:45 a.m. - 12 noon @ Equine Center

Shuttle Parking Attendants are responsible for making sure CSEF participants and judges park in the correct part of the parking lot at the Timberline Church and work with the bus drivers to make sure everyone gets to campus. Please read the Shuttle Parking Attendants job instructions (pdf).


Tour Ticket Pickup and Sales (pdf)
8:30 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Room 322

Tour Ticket Sales volunteers are responsible for collecting fees for pre-registered tour tickets and handing out the ticket envelopes. They are also responsible for monitoring day-of tour ticket sales to make sure the number of participants does not go over the allotted slots per tour. Volunteer Check-In volunteers are responsible for checking in volunteers, giving out nametags and t-shirts and directing folks to the correct room for their assignment. Please read the Volunteer Check-In job instructions (pdf).

Pizza Party volunteers are responsible for directing folks through the line and coordinating with LSC catering for replenishing food, plates, napkins, and drinks. They are also responsible for the door prize drawings. Please read the Pizza Party job instructions (pdf).

Project Pick-Up
9 a.m. - 12 noon @ Room 324 LSC

Project Pick-up simply means helping students find their project boards as we need to move project not picked up on Friday to a meeting room for later pick-up. They will also help move any items not moved back to the Director's office that morning.
