Award Ceremony Announcers
6 - 9 p.m. @ Timberline Church - Fort Collins

Award Ceremony Announcers are responsible for reading from the script book the award winners and managing the flow of the ceremony. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Award Ceremony Helpers & Ushers
5 - 9 p.m. @ Timberline Church - Fort Collins

Award Ceremony Helpers & Ushers are responsible for handing out programs, making sure people are seated in the correct section of the auditorium, and directing the flow of students on and off stage. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Award Ceremony Photography
6 - 9 p.m. @ Timberline Church - Fort Collins

The Award Ceremony Photographer is responsible for making sure group photos of all awards are taken, including presenters when available. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Award Ceremony Setup
9 a.m. - 3 p.m. @ LSC Room 322

Award Ceremony Setup volunteers are responsible for making sure all awards (Grand and Special) are present and accounted for and in the correct order (matching the script book and ceremony program). Read the entire job instructions document here.

CSEF Headquaters Monitors
11 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ LSC Registration Booth

CSEF Headquarters Monitors are responsible for answering questions and directing CSEF folks to the correct rooms. They are also respoinsible for Volunteer Check-In. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Door Monitors
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom Entrance

CSEF Door Monitors are responsible for monitoring who goes in and out of the exhibit hall at different times of day. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Tour Guides
11 a.m. - 3 p.m. @ LSC various rooms

Tour Guides are respoinsible for taking tour participants from various room sin the LSC to the correct building on campus and making sure the tour providor is present to receive the group. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Display & Safety Inspections
8:15 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Display & Safety Inspectors are responsible for making sure all project conform to the Display & Safety regulations. Read the entire job instructions document here.

10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom Entrance

Exhibit Hall Setup
7 - 9 a.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Exhibit Hall Setup Volunteers are responsible for marking off the tables for exhibit space and putting out the hang tags in the correct spots. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Finalist Check-In
8:30 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom Foyer

Finalist Check-In volunteers are responsible for handing out registration packets and t-shirts to finalists as well as collecting poster art contest and statistical award entries. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Grand Award Judge's Check-In
8:30 - 10:30 a.m. @ LSC Theater

Grand Award Judge's Check-In volunteers are responsible for checking in all grand award judges and giving them their packets. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Official Photography
8:15 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Official Photographers are responsible for taking photos of all finalists at their projects once they have completed the display & safety inspection. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Special Award Judge's Check-In
10:15 a.m. - 12 noon @ LSC North Ballroom

Special Award Judge's Check-In volunteers are responsible for checking in all special award judges and giving them their judging forms. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Project Drop-off
8 - 11 a.m. @ Library Parking Lot Drop-Off Zone

Project Drop-Off volunteers are respoinsible for helping students get their projects up to the Grand Ballroom in the LSC and making sure parents do not park in the drop-off zone. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Shuttle Parking Attendants
6:45 a.m. - 12 noon @ Equine Center

Shuttle Parking Attendants are responsible for making sure CSEF participants and judges park in the correct part of the parking lot at the Equine Center and work with the bus drivers to make sure everyone gets to campus. Read the entire job instructions document here.

SRC Interviews
8:30 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Room 308/310

SRC Interviewers are respoinsible for collecting missing inforamtion for students who did not meet the April 1st deadline and for interviewing those students identified by the SRC as needing a discussion about their project. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Tour Ticket Pickup and Sales
8:30 - 11 a.m. @ LSC Room 322

Tour Ticket Sales volunteers are responsible for collecting fees for pre-registered tour tickets and handing out the ticket envelopes. They are also respoinsible for monitoring day-off tour ticket sales to make sure the number of participants does not go over the allotted slots per tour. Volunteer Check-In
7 a.m. - 11 a.m. @ LSC Registration Booth

Volunteer Check-In volunteers are respoinsible for checking in volunteers, giving out nametags and t-shirts and directing folks to the correct room for their assignment. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Pizza Party volunteers are responsible for directing folks through the line and coordinating with LSC catering for replenishing food, plates, napkins, and drinks. They are also responsible for the door prize drawings. Read the entire job instructions document here.

Tear Down Monitor
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. @ LSC Grand Ballroom

Tear Down Monitors are responsible for making sure everything is picked up and put in the proper trash or recycling bins from the exhibit hall, the pizza party and the registration booth. They are also responsible for making sure everything that belongs to the CSEF gets back to the Director's office on campus. Read the entire job instructions document here.
