2019 CSEF Tentative Schedule

Sponsored Special Awards supplement the Grand (place) Awards given in each category and division. Organizations provide representatives to judge exhibits and present awards based on their criteria. Awards may include cash, savings bonds, calculators, computers, summer job opportunities, etc. Awards given by an organization must have a total value of at least $50 and organizations are limited to 4 awards.

New organizations wishing to join this prestigious group of Special Award Organizations should review the CSEF Special Awards Program Policy and then create a new Special Award Organization Account in our database.

Returning organizations that participated in previous CSEFs may update their award information via the Special Awards Update Form.

Special Award Judges are selected by the organizations who are providing the awards. Special Award Judging Packets with a detailed schedule and instructions will be sent to the organization's contact person in LATE March. If he/she has not received a packet by April 1st, please contact Sam Bartlett by email or by phone (303-988-2426).

The following documents will be updated by March 2019 for the Thursday, April 11, 2019 CSEF. Links for the finalist's abstract review by SAO Judges will be available before Friday, March 15, 2018, but all abstracts may not posted until the deadline.
